Each mean of 6 side-effects(nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, stomatitis, and WBC count) were surveied daily from the first day to 28th day of chemotherapy.

Result: The nausea and vomiting were the most severe at the 5th, 6th day of chemotherapy. The severity of diarrhea was increased from the 7th day and achieved the highest at the 10th and 11th day. The fever was the most severe at the 8th day and decreased after the 22th day. The severity of stomatitis was increased from the 8th day and achieved the highest at the 17th day. The WBC count was 411/§§, the lowest, at the 13th day and 1,030/§§ at the 21th day.
